Reservation Cancellation Policy

Any reservation made without insurance is completely non-refundable.

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount (in either travel credit or cash back) according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the Final Payment Due Date will be subject to at least a $50 per person change fee -- this includes but is not limited to new reservations or additions of new travelers or an extension of nights. Any added nights or travelers to a booking must be paid for in full upfront before the request is confirmed.

Once we receive your information we will being the reservation process. Kindly note, your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed, we will then send you an e-mail with your invoice and booking information. Please check both the invoice and personal information on the reservation to confirm that everything is correct. Travel Insurance Rates

We strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above. PLEASE NOTE RESERVATIONS MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency. These rates are subject to change at any time -- travel agent, supplier nor resort have any control over the pricing for insurance. 

You will have to option to accept or decline the traveler insurance during the reservation process. You can only add  insurance at the time the first deposit is paid.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with two different refund options minus the costs of the insurance – 1) Full Travel Credit, 2) Cash Refund (original form of payment).

Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be 100% accurate at the time of your room reservation request. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in an upgraded room category (not listed above,) you have the option to do so based on availability. Just let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her and she will ask the resort for the discounted group rate.  

What is Included in Price?

Shared Airport Transfers via AMStar Shuttle Service

** As a bonus, all guests who book through the room block will receive a $200 resort credit for each night of their stay. $200 total is credited to each room regardless of the number of occupants and that credit can be used toward spa services, tours and excursions, golf, beauty treatments, etc. (A 35% service fee applies to all redeemed credits. It is generally used for premium services not included in the standard all-inclusive package).

What is NOT Included in Price?
Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her and she can provide you with a quote.

Trip Protection (Prices Below): We highly recommend adding travel protection insurance to your reservation. Travel insurance provides you with a safety net that protects any monies paid should you need to cancel your travels for any reason, but it also provides you with other important benefits like medical insurance, lost or late luggage coverage, etc.
